Fiscal Responsibility

We believe in being fiscally responsible. We will work to deliver the best possible education for the students of Ringgold within our budget and limit any tax increases. In recent history, our annual audits have shown that Ringgold’s financial position is among the strongest of local districts. This has been accomplished by securing grants, making good decisions with COVID (ESSER funds) moneys, and rebalancing and refinancing debt when appropriate. We will push for increased transparency in this regard and continue to advocate with our state legislators for fair funding of public schools.
